Refund Policy
If an unlock isn't what you needed, ask within seven days and we'll refund it. No forms, no reasons required.
SEVEN DAYS, NO QUESTIONS
The seven days run from the time of your Stripe payment. Each unlock is a separate purchase, so if you have unlocked several designs you can refund any of them independently.
HOW TO ASK
- Email support@outsideblueprint.com from the address you used at checkout. That is how we match you to the purchase.
- Include anything that helps us find it quickly: your unlock link, the Stripe receipt, or the design size (for example “16×12 deck”). None of these are required if you write from the checkout email.
- We will confirm by reply, normally within two business days.
HOW THE MONEY COMES BACK
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe sends them immediately; your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show the credit. We cannot refund to a different card or by another method.
A REFUND TURNS THE UNLOCK OFF
When the refund goes through, access to that design's shopping list and build guide is revoked automatically. The link in your purchase email stops opening the unlocked view, “Sign in” will no longer restore it, and any edited copies that inherited the purchase lose access too. The free 3D designer keeps working as normal, and you can unlock the design again later if you change your mind.
Anything you already printed or exported is yours to keep; we just ask that you not keep using it as if the purchase stood.
AFTER SEVEN DAYS
Email us anyway. We can't promise a refund outside the window, but if something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, a site error, or a list that was clearly incorrect for your design, we will put it right.
DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your card issuer; an email is faster and gets the same result. A chargeback is treated like a refund: it revokes access to the unlock while the dispute is open, and permanently if it is decided against us.
